    In the rare event of shipping damage, please contact us immediately. We will assist with investigation, documentation, and corrective actions to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


  • Q7: Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable packaging options?

    Whenever possible, we use recyclable or reusable packaging materials and optimize packaging size to reduce waste. Eco-friendly packaging options are also available upon request.


  • Q6: Can I use my own freight forwarder or shipping account?

    Yes. We support customer-designated freight forwarders and shipping accounts. Please inform our team in advance so we can coordinate packaging, documentation, and handover requirements accordingly.


  • Q5: Will I receive tracking information after shipment?

    Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, we provide tracking numbers and estimated delivery timelines. We also offer proactive updates in case of any shipping delays or exceptions.

    Yes. We assist with all standard export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and HS codes when required. Our team ensures shipments comply with international trade regulations to minimize customs delays.

    Yes. For delicate, precision, or high-value components, we provide customized packaging solutions such as individual compartments, custom foam inserts, and wooden crates to ensure maximum protection throughout transit.


  • Q1: How are parts protected during international shipping?

    All parts are packaged based on their material, geometry, and surface finish. We use protective wrapping, foam inserts, and reinforced cartons or crates to prevent damage from shock, vibration, and moisture during international transportation.
