Yes, on suitable selected features subject to engineering review. This capability is generally applicable to rigid turned, Swiss, reamed or specially finished features and requires an appropriate process and inspection method. It is not a whole-part default tolerance.
For general metal machined parts, unspecified dimensions follow ISO 2768-1 class m unless otherwise stated on the accepted drawing. Precision features can be held to ±0.025 mm (±0.001 in), with ±0.010 mm (±0.0004 in) available on selected measurable features.
We commonly machine 6061-T6, 6063, 7075-T6, 2024, 5052 and 6082 aluminum. Material availability depends on grade, temper, stock size, certification requirements and order quantity.
Yes. Our CNC machining service supports prototypes, low-volume builds and production parts. The manufacturing, fixturing and inspection approach is selected according to part geometry, tolerance requirements and expected production volume.
STEP / STP files are preferred for 3D geometry. A PDF 2D drawing should also be provided when dimensions, tolerances, GD&T, threads, surface finish or special process requirements need to be controlled.
Yes, depending on the project requirements. Available documentation includes dimensional inspection reports, full dimensional reports, First Article Inspection (FAI), CMM reports, material certificates and Certificates of Conformity (CoC).
Inspection scope and documentation requirements should be specified during quotation.
Coating thickness can affect holes, threads, slots and mating dimensions. For critical parts, the drawing should define whether dimensions apply before or after anodizing, plating, painting or other secondary processing, and any required masking should be clearly specified.
Available options include as-machined, bead blasting, Type II anodizing, Type III hard anodizing, electroless nickel, powder coating or painting, brushing or polishing, and laser marking or engraving.
Yes. Our 5-axis CNC milling capability supports workpieces up to 650 × 650 × 300 mm (25.59 × 25.59 × 11.81 in) and is suited to complex contours, multi-face precision features and geometry requiring simultaneous tool orientation.
For 3- and 4-axis milling, the published maximum workpiece size is 1000 × 500 × 500 mm (39.37 × 19.69 × 19.69 in). For 5-axis milling, it is 650 × 650 × 300 mm (25.59 × 25.59 × 11.81 in). CNC turning supports workpieces up to Ø500 × 1500 mm (Ø19.69 × 59.06 in).
Parts near the maximum envelope are reviewed individually because workholding, tool access, rotary clearance, part weight and inspection access can reduce the usable range.
