1. Minimum Wall Thickness
Thin walls may become fragile, deform during cleaning, or affect the final appearance of PolyJet printed parts.
General Guideline:
Use 0.6–1.0 mm for small visual features and 1.0–2.0 mm for larger or functional prototype areas. Thicker walls may be recommended for transparent, rubber-like, or assembly parts.

2. Fine Details & Small Features
PolyJet can produce fine textures, small features, sharp edges, text, logos, and detailed visual elements, but very small features should still be reviewed before printing.
General Guideline:
Clearly mark critical details, text, logos, textures, and cosmetic surfaces in your CAD files or drawings.

Transparent PolyJet parts may require polishing, clear coating, or special finishing to improve clarity and final appearance.
General Guideline:
Identify clear windows, lenses, display areas, fluid paths, or visible internal structures before quotation so we can review material and finishing options.

4. Rubber-Like Sections & Shore Hardness
Rubber-like PolyJet features can simulate soft-touch grips, buttons, seals, gaskets, and overmold-like areas, but thickness and geometry affect flexibility.
General Guideline:
Share your required Shore hardness, touch feel, flexibility, and use case so our engineers can recommend suitable material combinations.

5. Multi-Material Transitions
PolyJet can combine rigid, flexible, transparent, rubber-like, and full-color areas in one model. Clear material boundaries help improve the final result.
General Guideline:
Separate different material zones clearly in the CAD file and specify which areas should be rigid, flexible, transparent, colored, or rubber-like.

6. Color & Appearance Requirements
For full-color PolyJet prototypes, color references, CMF files, product renderings, or sample images help improve communication before production.
General Guideline:
Provide color codes, renderings, product images, texture requirements, or appearance notes when color and presentation quality are important.

7. Support Removal & Surface Finish
PolyJet parts require support removal and cleaning after printing. Some surfaces may show slight marks depending on orientation and geometry.
General Guideline:
Tell us which surfaces are cosmetic, transparent, functional, or assembly-critical so we can review print orientation and finishing needs.
